Meridian connects directly to your Home Portal database using the same secure connection your agency already uses. We perform read-only scans, never write or modify your data. Your agency admin opts in through Home Portal, and you can revoke access at any time.

What does "self-hosted" mean for Sentinel?
The AI model runs on dedicated Canadian infrastructure that we manage for you. Unlike ChatGPT or Claude, your conversations and training data never pass through a third-party API. This is not a wrapper around someone else's AI. The model runs on hardware we control, in Canada, exclusively for your organization.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Meridian is a web dashboard that runs in your browser. For Sentinel, the AI agent connects to your website, WhatsApp, or Instagram through a simple embed code or API key. No hardware, no downloads, no IT department required.
