Can I try before I commit?
Yes. Meridian's Free tier gives you a monthly compliance report at no cost, forever. For Pro and Premium, we offer a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
Are there annual discounts?
Yes. Pay annually and save 15%. Contact us for annual pricing details. Multi-agency discounts are also available for organizations managing more than one location.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We will never cut off your chatbot mid-conversation. If you approach your limit, we will notify you. Overage is billed at a flat per-message rate, or you can upgrade to the next tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime, and your data export is always available. We do not hold your data hostage.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Many Ontario DS agencies are non-profit organizations. We offer special pricing for registered non-profits and agencies funded through MCCSS developmental services funding. Contact us for details.
